'I can't say enough good things about this place. We had 6 adults, 21-56, and a 6 year old, 5 year old and 8 month old. The cottage was spacious to accommodate our needs. It had all the amenities you would need in a vacation home. The location was spectacular for a short walk to the beach and St. Armands Circle, not to mention the airport was only 16 minutes from this peace of paradise. 'Really Nice clean house with a lot of extra things like beach cups, extra towels, extra toothbrushes, soaps. Toilet paper. Everything you need in the kitchen for cooking purposes, and even condiments in the refrigerator, was awesome, the house is very clean and detailed with notes around. She even gave us a little extra time as we were running a little late on checkout. Thank you for opening your home to us '

'Cute cute cute guest house. Has everything you need from beach stuff, kitchen, washer/dryer, privacy. Communication with host was easy and quick. Super quick drive to the beach. So so close. We would definitely stay here again. Great house in a great location.'

'We were here with our two young kids (4&6). Area is peacefull. The cottage was everything we needed: luxurious, very clean and unexpected ammenities provided our every need. Pleasant surprise to find some snacks and the fridge stocked with cold beers. Shared garden with bbq was great. We used the beach cart with umbrella and chairs for our beach visits (5m walk). Also used the freely available bikes, subs and kayaks. When we kayaked into the bay we saw dolphins just a few feet away! Obviously...

'For our girls getaway we like to have a pool, the ocean, a comfortable place to stay and a deck with a view to read and relax. The place was very comfortable, the pool was great, the ocean a 1/2 mile walk and the lanai was nice as well. There wasn't much of a view as it overlooked the main road - which you can't tell from the pictures. Overall a great place to stay and experience Siesta Key.'
