'No pool time for me it being October. I came to meet up with friends the next day at Oglebayfest in Wheeling, and found this hotel quite handy. I grew up in the valley even though I live 3 hours away now. I remember when it was a Holiday Inn. Not sure if you get the customer traffic to support this thought, but the site does look a little outdated, although nice and clean. The Front desk people were efficient and friendly/helpful. 'Hot tub was clean and very spacious. Our King suite was a very large room, and the a/c worked great. Staff were super nice and helpful and we were even able to get an early check-in. I would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in town.'

'Even though we had a problem with the laundry room, washer and dryers weren’t working probably. Staff made sure to reimburse all money that was spent and even let me stay pass checkout because it was taking so long. They were very understanding and patient. I probably won’t wash my clothes there again but I will for sure book another stay there. '
