'Personnel très gentil, nous avons reçu la chambre à l’avance mais malheureusement aucun intérêt car impossible de rester dans la chambre tellement il faisait une chaleur insupportable. Nous avons demandé un ventilateur en plus pour la nuit mais ça n’a pas suffit. Une nuit horrible, on suffoquait presque dans la chambre. 'Basic small single room but very comfortable with a clean bathroom, tea and coffee facilities, great sleep, comfortable bed and less than a 10 minute walk to Horley station, would recommend and definitely stay again'

'My daughter and 1 spent 2 nights here and really enjoyed it. Nice and helpful owner, delicious breakfast, good beds and shower. Luckily, there was also a plug adapter available for our continental devices. And after checking out, we were allowed to leave our trolleys and pick them up in the afternoon, which was great. It’s not far from underground station Belsize Park in a nice and safe neighbourhood. We would definitely book a room here again.'
