5pm check-in is too late. Driveway was not plowed upon arrival. While unloading our car (in the dark) we had to move our car out so the plow could plow. When we told management the night before our check out that the driveway was covered in black ice they refused to send someone to salt the steep driveway. There excuse was that the temp was going up to 37degrees. We told them that we were leaving at 6am and they did nothing. We had to load the car on an icy surface and inch our way down the driveway to get out.As for the accommodations they are inaccurate. The house is shown with two twin beds in one room but there is a king bed instead. The kitchen cookware is unusable. There isn't even any pot holders. You are given only enough towels for the exact number of people. There is a monitor device which you are told if you turn off alarms go off. There is a spot light which flickers on and off ALL NIGHT LONG, which you are told not to turn off. The washer machine was not working, when I reported it I was told that it worked for the cleaner and nothing was done about it. I would not stay at this house. They do not care that your stay is safe or if it is functional.
