The Space:

Perfectly situated in the heart of Destin, FL you’ll find SunDestin Beach Resort, a beachfront condominium directly along the Gulf of Mexico. With a friendly and around-the-clock Scenic Stays front desk staff, you’ll have everything you need to relax on the premises while getting great tips and recommendations on experiencing the rest of Destin.



SunDestin Beach Resort is known for its abundance of amenities, such as a newly renovated outdoor pool, and an outdoor hot tub. Not to be outdone by its outdoor amenities, SunDestin also has complimentary DVD rentals, gift shop, and over 3,000 s. f. of meeting space, should you be looking for somewhere to throw an epic event. Whether your workout regime is strenuous or leisurely, SunDestin Beach Resort has a fitness center to include a steam room and sauna, and miles of sugar-white sand for long morning walks or intense interval training.



Upon entering SunDestin Unit 0316, you’ll first be greeted by the kitchen, stocking all the necessary appliances and cookware to take you from morning coffee to dinner prep.  The open floor plan moves you from the kitchen to a dining area with seating for four, and then a comfortable living area with mounted flat screen television and a nod to coastal decor with elements of wicker and calming colors.



The balcony can be accessed from both the living area and master bedroom so you can flow from the balcony to the interior space with ease. The is a 1-bedroom unit with a full bathroom and a half bathroom. With a king bed in the master bedroom and queen sofa bed in the living area, you’ll have room to sleep up to four people comfortably.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
