The living room is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring an oversized luxury leather sectional sofa, a ceiling fan, and a 60” TV with a DVD player—perfect for movie nights or watching your favorite game. This condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The bedroom features a king-size Serta Perfect Sleeper bed with a plush Euro top and a ceiling fan for added comfort. The bathroom includes a tub/shower combination, ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach. A queen-size Murphy bed provides additional sleeping space when needed.

Unit 220 offers easy access from the parking lot and is just steps from the beach, allowing you to quickly enjoy the pristine white sand and crystal-clear Gulf waters.

This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach.
