  • Ce condo côtier # 313 au Holiday Surf and Racquet Club peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes avec un lit king size dans la chambre principale et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon.

    Holiday Surf 313 a fait l’objet de nombreuses mises à jour récentes, notamment des volets de plantation, une télévision LED Smart de 55 pouces et un lecteur DVD Blue Ray, un nouveau système de climatisation et de chauffage et de magnifiques nouveaux planchers de bois franc d'ingénierie dans le salon / salle à manger.

    La bonne taille de la chambre, qui est recouverte de moquette, a un accès privatif à la salle de bain, avec de nouveaux appareils et une coiffeuse en granit. Il y a aussi un téléviseur 43 "à écran plat avec lecteur DVD / VHS, ainsi qu'un ventilateur de plafond et un grand dressing.

    Nouvelle peinture, tapis, tissus d'ameublement et œuvres d'art et décorations uniques sur le thème de la côte viennent compléter ce superbe appartement d'une chambre qui deviendra à coup sûr votre maison de vacances.

    La plage de sable blanc de sucre n'est qu'à quelques pas et en réservant avec nous, vous bénéficierez d'un service de plage gratuit du 1er mars au 31 octobre! Vous aurez également le choix parmi les activités gratuites Xplorie chaque jour de votre séjour. Embarquez pour la croisière avec les dauphins, essayez la pêche en haute mer ou profitez des sensations fortes de Big Kahunas Water!

    N'oubliez pas tous les équipements merveilleux que Holiday Surf a à offrir - une superbe piscine extérieure chauffée en saison, une salle de remise en forme, un sauna, des courts de tennis et un jeu de palets avec location de matériel gratuit. The property was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful.Our first time there and we didn’t realize that the property was so isolated from restaurants and grocery stores. We managed to adjust but it would have been perfect if there was at least one restaurant close by.Very quiet and peaceful, just be prepared with plenty of groceries or be prepared to travel for eating options.

Awesome condo. Loved having chair service. Staff at Holiday Surf were amazing and loved the grocery carts to get all our stuff in. Next time we plan to stay in one of the condos on the outer wings of the v so we have an even better view and no pool noise. Top Notch !

My family enjoyed the beautiful area and the property had everything we needed. The pool, and beach access were very convenient and loved the set up daily of our umbrella and chairs especially with three young children. The only delay we had at check in was notification text wasn’t received when the room was ready after 4 but there was always someone at the front desk or available by phone to update if you check back with them.

Bathroom was not clean if you looked close. Particularly around the toilet. Overall condo was okay. Drains never drained... sinks always backed up. Would likely choose another condo next time. We liked the facility. Nice gym, lobby and laundry.

The unit is very old, only the kitchen had a few up grades. The photos on your website are deceiving and just plan inaccurate. When you walk into the unit and expect to see the water your are met with a stucco wall from the outside. To see the water you need to sit in the corner of the kitchen bar. And sitting on the balcony is, well you can’t sit on the balcony unless you are intimate friends with the unit next door. There is absolutely no privacy. Every photo of this unit need to be removed and replaced with accurate photo that the renter sees the actual site. This is the second and last time we will stay in your condos. Too many issues for what we paid to stay in a one bedroom.

Had cups, plates, coffee maker, toilet paper, towels. We only had to bring food, drinks and beach towels. It was just enough room for 4 people but my 2 kids did not like sleeping on the sofa bed. Other than that, it was great.

A couple of hiccups, one of which (water shut-off on Thursday) which was a minor inconvenience. One thing bugs me, though, which was the lack of any coffee mugs/cups - used glassware. How does such a well-appointed (otherwise) apartment not have coffee cups? Had a very good time, overall, and will recommend this resort to family and friends.

This condo is located in the V section of the complex and the balcony in the adjacent room is right there in your face. Not very private is you like to relax at the end of the day on the balcony and watch the ocean. Room was nice and have no complaints with. The staff at the complex was more that accommodating about getting us another room with a private balcony. I would recommend this property if you didn't mind another balcony in such close proximity.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Destin condo was a pleasant spot to stay...very clean and well appointed. Holiday Surf and Racquet Club - right on the beach with courts for tennis/pickle ball and shuffleboard courts. Amazing beach! We were not informed of the construction and repair work going on prior to booking. Our floor was affected by some of the renovations with no access to the floor except the stairwell for over a week and difficult for my partner who has mobility issues. If a walker or wheelchair was needed, he would not have been able to leave our unit... very disappointing to see. In my view, unacceptable. We had two issues in our condo unit-the dishwasher flooded the kitchen floor upon our first use of it. We addressed it with the condo personnel who took it to the owner of the unit. But no repairs were done, thus, no dishwasher to use. The other issue was that the pull-out couch was not suitable for sleeping for anyone. The staff at the condo provided us with a foam mattress to place on it which was a tad better. The owner would do well to buy a new mattress or new sofa bed as well as fix the dishwasher. Overall, if these were attended to, we would return in a heartbeat. We loved our holiday in this location, we loved the unit itself, and we were very pleased with the staff who did what they could do for us that was in their control. We had a good time there. Thank you.

Wonderful location

My Family and I stayed a week in October and it was wonderful stay. I highly recommend staying here. Perfect location to all the restaurants and fun things to do. Short walk to the beach!
