Vous avez 840 pieds carrés où vous pourrez profiter de la 1 chambre, avec une alcôve superposée couloir et 2 salles de bains. Ce magnifique condo peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Il dispose de moquette et de carrelage et d'un salon / salle à manger donnant sur votre balcon où vous pourrez vous détendre et regarder les vagues. La cuisine entièrement équipée et mise à jour avec des comptoirs en Corian sera une joie de se divertir. La chambre principale a un lit king et il y a un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Alors, venez vous détendre et profiter de ce condo en bord de mer qui offre également une piscine chauffée côté plage, un jacuzzi et un espace barbecue à gaz pour votre usage.

Loved our stay

This was our first trip to Destin. The accommodations were excellent. The condo was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We will definitely stay here again!

The quiet hours they.have in place from 9am to 9pm ensured you were able to rest and relax without being woke up to loud people or noise. We love this place and wil definitely be a returning guest!

The place was cleaned but some of the furniture like the couch didnt look fresh. Ot was supposed to be a pull out bed but the cushion was sagging . Maybe a change in cushion would be more appropriate since it was advertised that oot can sleep 6 people and for the price it had enough things you need in the kitchen. Both nathrooms worked well and the washer and dryer was a plus. The location was perfect because you go down and you are by the beach. Theu gave out 2 chairs and an umbrella which was set up every morning for you. It would also be nice to include info about towels , laundry soap and whatever else they had in the condo so people will be prepared. Checking in was fast and they communicated well. During our stay internet didnt work and we were too busy to have someone to come and fix it. We used the neighbors. The AC worked well and the entire place was spacious enough. The king size bes was comfortable to sleep in. People at the office were always helpful. We had a wonderful view of the ocean from the terrace which had chairs and tables set up.

The guest/2nd bathroom shower in unit 312 did not have cold water and the vent fan did not seem to be working well. That bathroom was very warm following showers. I have stayed at another unit in this complex and would probably not stay in this unit again.

The only drawback to the condo was the king size mattress. It was so wallowed out you slept in a deep hole. We stuffed extra pillows under the mattress to try to level up the mattress. That is my only complaint.

Wonderful Stay at Hidden Gem in Destin

It's a bit older than some of the other condos in the area, but you CANNOT beat the private beach and direct access. We've not found anything like it anywhere else. This unit was our favorite so far. It has recent updates and was very clean. The office and management staff are always nice and helpful. The beach set up is such a huge help, and when we asked about sitting near our family members in other units, it was accommodated so nicely. Every day, our three units had set ups next to each other. We highly recommend Destin Beach Club in general to people looking for a beautiful beach experience, and unite 312 is one of the best units.

3 floor apartment breathtaking

This condo was on the 3rd floor it was spacious, extremely clean and it had easy access to an elevator which is a plus when you have multiple bags to carry. Front beach access with amazing views from the balcony. The pool was heated and it was perfect after expending the day at the beach. It had umbrellas and chairs available at all times at the beach. I will give a 5 star to all the employees working at this properly well maintained. I would definitely return.

Great location for a beach vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was about my fifth time staying at the Destin Beach Club. Loved it every time, but I do think unit #312 is my favorite so far. Only issue was the bath/shower unit had very tall sides and getting out was a bit tricky. Almost fell out a few times.
