Room was very dirty with a broken tile on the floor entering the bathroom. Also the room wasn’t secured properly. Another guest was drunk and opened up my door with no problem even though the door was locked. Overall it was a terrible experience and I’m not likely to return.

Great place but not handicap accessible. Sould have ramp accessibility and not stairs first and second story rooms. Really not ADA STANDARD.

The staff at check in were very helpful and friendly. The hotel Itself is kinda sketchy- not the type of place to stay if you are alone. I also saw someone putting chemicals in the pools WHILE children were in them!

I'm disabled, and I was put on the second floor, despite making notes in my reservation that I needed first floor. The food at the restaurant was horrible. The clientele at the motel were very low-class, trampling on the shared balcony at 2am, 3am, 4am, right outside our sliding door. Loud laughing, pounding, and loud sex. Remote did not appropriately function TV.

A plaza of hot tubs open 24 hours a day?!! Thanks for treating us like adults. An older property, but clean enough and a good sleep when not soaking under the stars & palms. :)

It’s my second time back to this vacation spot and it was a really good stay ! The room was nice and clean , I love the balcony rooms , the view of the mountains , snow covered hills , Palm trees and pools is like heaven ! This hotel is pet friendly which is awesome ! The only thing I was disappointed was the restaurant had minimum staff which meant the service was slow and minimum option for food ! Kinda pricey for what you pay for food options . I’ll be back and bring my furry baby’s ! Thank you desert vacation spa !

The toilet was broken in the room, asked to get it fixed and was still broken, bed wasn’t made / no new towels, got eye irritation from bedding overall one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel. Want my money back!
