'The location and pool area were great. Our room (especially the floor) were not the cleanest. It was almost as if our corner room, were forgotten about prior to arrival. Unfortunately, there were no dressers in the room so our clothes remained in suitcases and in chairs the 5 nights we were there. So…the location was great, the pool are was clean and well kept, but the actual accommodations in the rooms were very disappointing. The front desk team were very nice and helpful…the cleaning team...
