'The advertising was incredibly fraudulent and stated 2 adults were staying. When I checked in the gentlemen said only one person made reservations and my husband was placed in the lobby and told he could sleep in the lobb as long he looked to be sitting up. I want a full refund and credit for a day as this had been horrific. After waking up my husband at 5:30 AM l in the lobby he was told he needed to be up.'

'OMG! Let’s just say whenever I’m in Houston I only want to stay there. The hotel and rooms were beautiful! When I say clean, I mean they were clean! The staff was chef’s kiss and so were the views. My next stay I would love to book a suite! Don’t think about booking here, just do it!!!'
