'Have stayed here numerous times and keep coming back.. its quiet, beds are comfortable and the restaurant and bar on the grounds is very convenient after traveling several hours. '

'I love the TRU by Hilton chain! The hotels are fresh and looking modern and young. They’re clean and are also focused on younger people who do remote working. I always book a hotel from that chain and the one in Ashland was no exception. Breakfast is typically US, so not the best but super bad either.'

'Rooms are poorly maintained. Furnitures are broken and are from old furnitures thrown from some Hilton hotel. Don't have an Iron box, please carry one if you need one during the stay. No kettles to even prepare coffee in the morning. Floors makes your feet dirty. Bathroom has no hooks to hang your cloths. There are no hangers in the room. The photos are fake, doesn't look like it at all. You will get a much better experience for this price somewhere else '

'Parking is fine. Front staff person was rude. Waited 20 minutes to get checked in. Noone was at the desk and when they arrived didn't apologize for the wait'

'The room was lovely and spotless. The grounds are beautiful. Judy does a delicious breakfast! She was very friendly and chatted a bit, which I appreciated since I was the only guest at the table.'

'Couches in rooms 107 & 109 are nasty dirty. Brown stain on floor and (seen from door) on underskirt of bed, lock broken on door. Staff were as helpful as possible, changed rooms, couch still gross, then gave extra sheets to cover couch. Staff advised on how to wiggle lock to get it to disengage so door would shut/lock but I was late so staff was helpful and fixed door for me so I could leave room with all my stuff and get to meeting on time. Kids were running in halls on my floor and above so...

'Breakfast exceeded my expectations with scrambled eggs, two types of sausage, and potatoes. I liked the toiletries in the bathroom.'
