Stains all over the wall, nasty bathroom with mirror not cleaned, they also gave me the wrong room, couch had stains on it, and there was no sink cabinet along with what looked like chewed holes right next to it in the cabinet'

'I have never been to such a dirty hotel in my life. Downstairs it looks quite nice and tidy, but the rooms were so dirty! Never vacuumed under the beds. Bathroom moldy, dirty, full of hairs (not mine!), we had to take a shower in a dirty bathtub where you couldn't stand in, because it was dangerous. I got 2 towels for 4 persons for 2 nights. When I asked after 1 night for 4 clean towels, the receptionist was surprised I wanted so much. And breakfast? 😂 Toast with nothing to put on, cereal but...

'The hotel is pretty new and clean, and our room was clean as well. Access is confusing, as the hotel is situated in a shopping center and there was no sign we could see. Food was our only negative. Better eat before you arrive. We tried to call the Overland restaurant on the top floor to get dinner, but they would not answer the phone. Tried multiple times and their website says reservations suggested. You can’t make a reservation when they won’t answer the phone! The other closest restaurant...

'We had a terrible experience We booked three rooms and one sweet closer to a wedding venue for my nephew. We had to leave to stay somewhere else because one day they had a fire alarm that they couldn’t control. The next day no power and no WiFi working We had to leave and stay somewhere else to stay and shower . No manager to explain anything or issue credit for our rooms . We left and tried to get Expedia to issue credit or deal with the hamptons in and haven’t heard back from them .'
