'The hotel is pretty new and clean, and our room was clean as well. Access is confusing, as the hotel is situated in a shopping center and there was no sign we could see. Food was our only negative. Better eat before you arrive. We tried to call the Overland restaurant on the top floor to get dinner, but they would not answer the phone. Tried multiple times and their website says reservations suggested. You can’t make a reservation when they won’t answer the phone! The other closest restaurant...

'We had a terrible experience We booked three rooms and one sweet closer to a wedding venue for my nephew. We had to leave to stay somewhere else because one day they had a fire alarm that they couldn’t control. The next day no power and no WiFi working We had to leave and stay somewhere else to stay and shower . No manager to explain anything or issue credit for our rooms . We left and tried to get Expedia to issue credit or deal with the hamptons in and haven’t heard back from them .'

'My stay was for 10 days. King Size Suite. The front desk staff was excellent. Upon my arrival to the room, I wiped everything down with Lysol just for my benefit. The furniture was old, drawers not closing properly. The linen had small holes in one of the sheets, however, the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner kept the room cool like I wanted it. Each time the cleaning staff serviced my room, they only did one thing each time. Change the towels only, when the trash was also...
