Welcome to Hiker's Dream Lodge, a mountain escape set on 34 private acres in the heart of Cosby, Tennessee. Surrounded by sweeping Great Smoky Mountain views, this property was built for exploring by day and unwinding by night — especially with the brand-new swimming pool waiting after a long hike.



The Space:

Made up of two homes — a main cabin and a separate carriage house — the lodge offers 8 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms total, comfortably sleeping up to 24 guests. A creekside bonfire pit and plenty of outdoor space round out a property made for both adventure and rest.



Outdoor Adventures Await:

Hike more than 4 miles of private trails, including a scenic climb to the peak of Harrison's Knob for sweeping views of the Smokies. Soak in the hot tub as the mountains stretch out before you, gather around the creekside fire pit for marshmallows and stories, or fire up the gas grill for a meal with mountain views as the backdrop.



Indoor Comforts & Entertainment:

Rack up a game of pool in the spacious game room, complete with its own kitchenette. Smart TVs and high-speed internet keep everyone connected throughout the property, while the cozy living room and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar make it easy to gather as a group.



Accommodations:

The main cabin offers 6 bedrooms, including king and queen beds, bunk beds for the kids, and a luxurious master suite complete with a jacuzzi tub. The carriage house features a newly renovated bunk room built for both sleep and play — two custom-built queen-over-queen bunks, a 75" TV for movie nights, oversized lounge chairs, and an arcade game.

Guest Access:

• Access codes will be provided for self-check-in

• Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including both the main cabin and the carriage house



IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

• Maximum Occupancy: Maximum of 16+ guests, including adults, children, and infants. No additional guests are permitted due to fire safety and insurance requirements.

• Age Requirement: All guests must be 21 or older, except children staying with their parents or guardians.

• No Parties: Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Any gatherings, parties, or events require prior written approval, and noise complaints or law enforcement calls may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.

• Pet-Friendly: We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs with prior approval. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies, and we ask that pets stay off furniture and remain crated if left unattended.

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee starting at $60. Please message us in advance to check availability.

• Cancellations & Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for protection against unexpected cancellations, weather, natural disasters, power outages, and other unforeseen events. We’re unable to offer refunds or rescheduled stays outside Airbnb’s Extenuating Circumstances Policy.

• Wildlife Warning: This is a true mountain retreat, so you may encounter wildlife, including bears, deer, and raccoons. For your safety, please don't leave food or trash outside, and always stay alert when exploring the property.

• Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essential items. Please bring your personal toiletries and plan to purchase additional supplies if needed.

• Trash: There are outdoor trash cans in bear proof containers. Please do not leave any trash outside of these cans as wildlife will rummage through it.
