Fabulous Family Vacation Home
Spectacular vacation home for large families. Beautifully decorated and furnished home making for a wonderfully relaxing vacation. Each bedroom has a private bathroom allowing for everyone to have their own space. The outside is spacious and the pool is modern and beautifully designed. Very short walk to the beach and short drive or walk to the food store. The owner and property managers are very responsive and made our check-in and stay seamless. Highly recommend this property for a truly relaxing family vacation!

Great Property!
The property was top notch! Clean, spacious and a great location. They stocked the kitchen with everything from pots, pans to blenders and a variety of coffee makers.They even had pool toys, cornhole and beach chairs! Highly recommend! The owner and property managers were fantastic!

OBX rest and relax!

This was our second time at this beautiful home and we feel so comfortable here. Sei and the house manager are great communicators and everything is very clean the pool Is perfectly relaxing and kitchen is well stocked! The perfect house for our family of 15 beach vacation. Short walk to the beach. Near the walking/running trail. Just down the road from Harris Teeter grocery store. Fire pit & pool in the side yard. No amenity was spared. Had all we needed & more for an amazing week. Would highly recommend & would absolutely stay here again when in the area!

This is a beautiful property! We had 8 adults, 6 kiddos and a newborn. Well appointed and a perfect location. It was spotless when we arrived. Any questions we had were addressed immediately by both the owner (Sei) and the manager (Michelle). Everything you need is close. The beach is beautiful and the pool is perfect for a large family. Can’t say enough great things about this property. Can’t wait to go back!

Everything you need and more!
This house is by far the most well appointed home we have stayed in. The kitchen had everything, from coffee pods to all the pots/pans/bakeware/serveware/utensils that a full time home would have. The owners just simply thought of everything to make and keep you comfortable, including a pack n play, baby gate, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogies boards, and toys. We all enjoyed their most lovely saltwater pol and playing volleyball til dark and shooting the occasional hoop in the driveway. The beach is a quick walk down from the home down a very quick street. We had 5 couples, 2 teens, and a toddler, and there was plenty of room for everyone. We were all impressed with the quality of the home and furnishings, and would highly recommend this home.

Outer Banks family vacation
The house was lovely with a heated pool and short walk to the beach. It was well equipped both inside and out. Kids loved the air hockey game. Two living areas was nice bonus. Bedrooms all have their own bathrooms. Extra refrigerator in the basement. Many restaurants, grocery stores, etc close by.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, fully stocked with all the items we would need and some. The cleanest and well stocked beach houses we have stayed at. The pool was amazing, plenty of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas to accommodate everyone that stayed. I would stay here again.

Beautiful property. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the OBX with family. We took our 9 children ages 10-24 and their spouses for a total of 15 people. We stayed for a week long trip and this house was perfect! Well stocked beautiful kitchen. Pool was perfect after a day at the beach. Convenient location, plenty to do but not too touristy. Beach was very close and not overcrowded. Property manager was excellent and communicated promptly. We had no issues and highly recommend this beautiful home.

Amazing family vacation home!
Our three-generation family absolutely loved our time at this amazing vacation home. Each of the six bedrooms had its own private full bath and the kids loved the room with 2 bunk beds! The upper level also had a large sitting area with TV and balcony to have coffee while watching the ocean. The ground floor had access to a full bathroom from the pool area and the outdoor shower was so useful. All of us enjoyed the private pool so much! So many thoughtful touches in that area; a ledge along the inside of the pool to make it easier for the kids to get out, lounge chair in the shallow end, great seating some of which is in the shade and all the many pool toys! The main level has a terrific open floor plan with large seating around the table and large sectional sofa to enjoy family time in the evening. The kitchen had every imaginable amenity and thoughtful surprise from our amazing host Sei! He was so responsive and kind, checking in on us to ensure everything was in order and passing on local news and pointers. We had an amazing time and highly recommend this beautiful place and terrific host!

was right on point. The host even has "The Grill Doctor"

Wonderful OBX Stay!
We just returned from our first visit to OBX and cannot recommend this house enough! The house was immaculate and exactly as shown in the pictures. It is beautifully decorated, warm, and inviting, with all the amenities you may need and more. When we arrived, we found the ingredients for s'mores waiting for us on the kitchen island. Sei's team was great to work with from booking through our stay. The location is excellent - a short walk to the beach, minutes from restaurants, shopping, and attractions. We would absolutely stay here again on a return trip!

We checked into this lovely home on a Sunday late afternoon…exhausted! The check in was seamless. The home was perfect in every way. Waiting for us was all the makings of s’mores, a bottle of wine and a case of water waiting for us to enjoy. I hit the chocolate bars immediately! The home was lacking nothing we needed or desired. The location was literally the two minute walk to the beach, as the site says. We would definitely revisit this beautiful home if returning to Corolla one day. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others! Enjoy!!!

Very clean, great location right near the beach, beautiful house. The host was very accommodating. Really nice having the pool to swim in at night after spending the day at the beach. Large house, very big kitchen and rooms. The house is brand new and the host thought of just about everything extra to include. Definitely would recommend for a family vacation! The swimming pool was beautiful and very large! Would definitely consider renting this house for future vacations in OBX !

Beautiful home and amazing location
Wonderful house!! Very clean and well put together. It’s the perfect size home with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their vacation. There are two living areas that have plenty of comfortable seating. The large couch is a great place to relax after a long day at the beach or after swimming in the pool. A big plus is each bedroom has its own bathroom. All bath towels and sheets are provided, which is awesome, and the house is well stocked with everything you need. Also, the wall switches are all labeled, which is super helpful. It is on a quiet street and has a private lot. No big houses looking down on you as you enjoy the pool. A very short walk to the beach. You even get an ocean view from the two upper floor decks. The pool is perfect. There is a covered sitting area next to the pool which is a great place to relax and watch the kids swim. There is a bathroom on the lower level that has a door leading out to the pool area. This makes getting to the bathroom while swimming very easy. The owners are extremely welcoming and accommodating. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. If there was an issue or question, they responded very quickly.
