At the entrance to our hotel section “Putnam” the old wooden staircase was rotten!
The room was clean …. But very few towels ….. called housekeeping……no response…went to the reception ….told us there was a sign to hang on the door indicating whether you wanted the room cleaned …..was not there …. Ask at the front desk and housekeeping “again” …. Nothing….so disappointing …
We love to have a glass of wine in the bar ….unfortunately it’s only open to people dining in the restaurant …… breakfast buffet is very basic considering the price..
