'I would rate this hotel as superb with one major exception: the fan noise from the AC. On my second night I woke up and decided to download a decibel meter. It measured 87 decibels. According to AI this is a level that can damage your hearing if exposed for 8 hours or more. I'm a building professional, and I believe this is due to one of, or combinations of, three things: the fan is oversized; the duct is undersized; or the fan is not appropriate for this application.'

'Overall a terrible experience! My room smelled really bad. A strong oder of chlorox bleach mixed with a fowl oder. When I went to check out, The man at the front desk was helping a customer getting her a lid for her coffee. She said to him that her room had no black coffee, just an empty bag with no coffee. He did absolutely nothing, said nothing to her. I also had to wait outside awhile he locked the office to check my room so I could get my deposit back. I do not recommend this place to...

'The positive for this hotel was the close proximity to I-5. The issue was the surroundings. The whole place is surrounded by homeless people, some of whom were walking around the parking lot or the building itself. Some guests had to get help from the front desk because there were homeless people outside their window on the first floor doing inappropriate things. Yes, they had security roaming around, but it felt unsafe, particularly when I went outside off the back patio to a field so I...

'Heel mooi hotel, schoon en grote kamers, maar helaas geen fijne lokatie. Er zijn veel daklozen in de omgeving. Alles om het hotel heen is dicht daardoor. Er rijdt wel regelmatig politie/beveiliging rond.'
