« I would rate this hotel as superb with one major exception: the fan noise from the AC. On my second night I woke up and decided to download a decibel meter. It measured 87 decibels. According to AI this is a level that can damage your hearing if exposed for 8 hours or more. I'm a building professional, and I believe this is due to one of, or combinations of, three things: the fan is oversized; the duct is undersized; or the fan is not appropriate for this application. »

« Business stay here on the last day. Easy access to the airport via surface routes rather than the freeway hassle. Hotel is pleasant and staff is nice. There is self-parking and ballet-parking, both for a fee. »

« Overall a terrible experience! My room smelled really bad. A strong oder of chlorox bleach mixed with a fowl oder. When I went to check out, The man at the front desk was helping a customer getting her a lid for her coffee. She said to him that her room had no black coffee, just an empty bag with no coffee. He did absolutely nothing, said nothing to her. I also had to wait outside awhile he locked the office to check my room so I could get my deposit back. I do not recommend this place to...

« I got to the property around or past midnight ready to take a shower and sleep. They were really nice at reception and checking me in. I got my room and went in the shower, already wet, there was no shampoo, no conditioner and no body wash. Everything was out, I had face soap and had to made do with that. Disappointed.
