"This was not a clean hotel! We had ants in our room all around our TV stand. We were not given enough towels for the room and when we asked for some, we were told there were no more. I booked the room for four adults and we were only given two towels. The water in the bathtub ran all night long. ..."

I understand there are rules, so i’m not upset our room was given away i’m upset at the lack of the hotel trying to reach out to warn us about what was about to happen.
