'Nice'

'We could not get into our room at check in time after traveling all day. There were no towels at the pool, staff giving out refreshments were rude, no body wash in the shower, & they wanted you to pay to watch fireworks from the grounds!!! Drinks were also extremely overpriced! A short Tito‘s press they charged $20! Kids very young were in the hot tub without supervision.'

'I went there for the first time over Fourth of July weekend and the rooms were dated and not clean. Dishes from previous guests were in our doorway, and remained there overnight and well into our first full day. Add to that we found pubic hair in the bathroom on the floor and when we brought to housekeeping’s attention, they came and cleaned the room but still neglected to take care of the hair. It was foul. 'Everything was perfect. Comfortable clean room. We were close to everything we needed to do. Had dinner at the restaurant and a few nights we went out. Breakfast buffet was amazing so much to choose from .'

'The room was great but the grounds and pools were disgusting. I have been staying at the Omni for ten years and the last few years it has been going down the drain. High prices for crappy food and a resort fee for very nasty pools. The bugs and ants were horrible due to all the stuck food on the pool decks and around the chairs. I really wish they would improve because it was an awesome place before.'
