'Nice'

'We could not get into our room at check in time after traveling all day. There were no towels at the pool, staff giving out refreshments were rude, no body wash in the shower, & they wanted you to pay to watch fireworks from the grounds!!! Drinks were also extremely overpriced! A short Tito‘s press they charged $20! Kids very young were in the hot tub without supervision.'

'I went there for the first time over Fourth of July weekend and the rooms were dated and not clean. Dishes from previous guests were in our doorway, and remained there overnight and well into our first full day. Add to that we found pubic hair in the bathroom on the floor and when we brought to housekeeping’s attention, they came and cleaned the room but still neglected to take care of the hair. It was foul. 'Excellent hotel with friendly staff. Outdoor pool was clean and spacious, however- not easy to get a lounge chair. Everyday chairs were taken with towels over them. We had to ask staff to remove towels so that we could have somewhere to relax. One day there was a private event, so half of the lounge chairs were taken away for the private event. So made a difficult situation to get a chair even worse. One other disappointment - we upgraded in price on Expedia for partial ocean view. What we...

'Very nice stay. Staff was helpful and the resort was clean. The pools were nice and the restaurants were yummy. I have to say the market onsite had some really good bakery items and toiletries if you forgot to bring things. The coffee is good too.'
