'A little out of the way. Brand new as of 2026. They offered breakfast on Sunday morning of cold runny eggs, bacon, and a waffle maker. The dining area was large and comfortable. On Monday morning, no breakfast, which disrupted my plans. Everything in the room was fine. The pillows were overly soft. There was a refrigerator and freezer, hot stovetop and microwave. Everything was very new.'

'Annie was great checking us in and making recommendations for dinner. The room was dated but clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was only cereal, muffins, toast, and waffle. No option that was carbs/sugar. Overall great value for the price.'

'Uitstekend gelegen hotel. Direct aan het strand, dat is top. Het hotel zelf kan wel wat liefde gebruiken. Het is verouderd. Kamers zijn ruim, en hebben prima voorzieningen. Wel gehorig, we hadden last van luidruchtige buren. Handig dat het ontbijt is inbegrepen. Prima hotel als budgetvriendelijke optie. '

'The staff stood out as everyone from the front desk to the housekeepers and the breakfast lady went out of their way to greet and ask about any concerns. The room amenities were a little disappointing, but the overall experience distanced that. I think you will pay much less than a full service hotel with their upgraded amenities, but the price difference equals or exceeds the slightly different amenities provided by a much more expensive hotel.'

'The apartment is in a fantastic location next to the City Market, right next to tons of restaurants and cafes. The only downside of the location is that it is very loud at night, so you might want to bring ear plugs. The apartment is clean and well equipped with a small kitchenette that is good for making coffee and having a breakfast cereal or warming up a dish, not for any real cooking - which you shouldn't do anyway giving the amazing choice of restaurants in its vicinity. One hint: the door...

'River Street Hotel was excellent. The location was great! Clean and spacious. Friendly staff. The bed was lumpy, bad pillows but comfortable enough for a few nights , for sure.. Easy to find this rental. The bar and restaurants do a good job keeping the area bustling. Love the area and the views.'
