« Very nice room, well decorated with local flair. We had issues with the parking but the host did an amazing job getting the issue rectified. Bed is firm with a thick memory foam pad. Default temp seems to be set at 72. Couch is really comfortable. Patio door exits facing towards pool area which would’ve been great had we been here during pool season. « When calling the hotel prior to check in, the customer service was absolutely delightful! The customer service agent I spoke to was pleasant, helpful and competent. Checking in was slow. We arrived late, about 1045 pm and waited 30 minutes in line to check in. Customer service agent at the desk was pleasant, but clearly overwhelmed with the tasks.
