Make yourself at home across three levels with two king bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private courtyard. The upper bedroom has an en suite, making this a useful layout for up to four guests sharing a Christchurch stay. A full kitchen, smart TV, fibre Wi-Fi and laundry add everyday convenience. Stairs are required.

The home includes two king bedrooms, two bathrooms and a full kitchen with a Nespresso machine. Relax in the lounge with a smart TV, or use the private courtyard. Two heat pumps, washer and dryer, fibre Wi-Fi and a bidet are provided. The three-level layout includes an upper bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

Guest access
You have private use of the entire townhouse and courtyard. Stairs connect all three levels.

Location and transport
A Madras Street base for exploring Christchurch cafés, restaurants and city attractions.
Free public street parking is available on a first-come basis, subject to local signs. A space is not reserved or guaranteed.

Please do not use towels to clean any surfaces or items otherwise extra charges may apply to cover additional laundry fees

The cleaning fee covers a general clean of the entire house and the provision of fresh linen and towels. If additional deep cleaning is required to return the house to the original condition, this will be charged at NZD$30 per hour.

4: Load the dishwasher and run a fast cycle before checking out
5: Switch off all appliances when you are out
6: Guests are kindly requested to take off their shoes inside and place them by the door
