'All staffs are very friendly and helpful from checkin staff Xiao Wu, hotel manager, restaurant staffs & all the drivers. Xiao Wu very patiently went through the tour routes based on how much time we have with a lovely hand-drawn cute map. We had a lovely stay despite the unexpected road works. But hotel had proactively arranged the pickup at road work section to provide us a worry free experience. 'Stayed there in April 2026 very good hotel by the river side with free laundry cleaning bought my Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan National gate passes ( they gave a good advices on the national park ) & Chinese night shows tickets from them with a good deal free water bottles everyday - front desk are very polite and helpful 100% recommended '

'Nice to be right on the river and basically right in Ancient town. Unfortunately my room didn’t have much of a view. There was no daily room cleaning or additional water/tea. Breakfast was traditional.'
