'Het is een rustig hotel met simpele maar adequate kamers. Goede douche, grote tv met Netflix etc en een groot comfortabel bed. Strand is vlakbij. Voornaamste nadeel is het matige eten maar er zijn allerlei restaurants in de buurt. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding zou beter kunnen.'

'The condo was across the street from the beach. The beach was not as depicted in the pictures. No private beach access. We had to go up several blocks to the boardwalk for public beach access. Instructions on how to access the WiFi and TV could have been communicated better. TV was reported not working but was not corrected during our 7 day stay. The electricity went off for 1 morning and management did respond quickly but was instructed to only use one burner on the stove. Washer was very loud...

'The location was wonderful! Very centric location but the beds were so hard and uncomfortable. It felt like we were sleeping on the ground. We only stayed 2/6 nights. We switched to a different hotel and didn’t receive any credit or reimbursement but we were happy to make the extra expense if it meant actually being able to sleep comfortably at night.'

'We had a wonderful stay in Progreso! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.
One of the best parts was the beautiful beach view — waking up and seeing the ocean was amazing! We also really enjoyed the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and perfect after spending time at the beach.
Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. Great location, beautiful views, excellent service, and a welcoming...

'They have created a little piece of paradise here! Very friendly staff. The rooms are very cute, looks like you are sleeping in an old Maya house. The pool area is nice and very relaxing and they even have some toys etc for kids. We loved it here!
There are muscitoes and the rooms are not fully closed off, but they provide a muscito net and some spray for the room.
We would defenitely visit again!
The WiFi could be better'
