If you are looking for a place to have a party filled vacation with friends, while we don't blame you, this is NOT the house for you.

Our home is located in a quiet family neighborhood and is not good for letting loose. Most neighborhood residents are full-time, not renters. If you choose to rent from us we respectfully ask that you treat our home as your own and refrain from having parties and such. Our plan is to spend our golden years in this home so please take good care of it! That being said It will be perfect for fun-filled quality time with family!

Well equipped kitchen for preparing meals in the home, while also being only minutes from Mooresville and Denver with great waterfront dining and many local restaurants to enjoy. Publix is also only 10 minutes away! Kitchen includes combo coffeemaker / Keurig, microwave, blender, toaster, stove / oven with convection, toaster oven, AirFryer, food processor, dishwasher, place settings for 12, basic kitchen tools, full set of cookware, various bakeware, mixing / serving bowls, basic spices, etc. For health safety reasons, we do not leave or allow to be left any refrigerated items including basic condiments.

The upstairs includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms:
• . Garden Room with a queen size bed
• . Bunk Room includes a set of bunk beds plus an additional twin and trundle
• . Upstairs Master also includes a queen size bed, walk in closet, a full en suite, and sliding glass doors that open to the large upper deck overlooking the lake.

The Garden Room and Bunk Room share the full hallway bath.

Downstairs includes an oversized master suite including a king size bed, sitting area with gas fireplace, TV, and leather recliners, and a full en suite including a large tub (jets do not work) and separate shower with 3 shower heads!

Also downstairs is a game room including pool table, FireTV, Wii, games, and wet bar for indoor entertainment. You could sleep an extra person on the oversized couch in the game room.

Every room, including bedrooms, are equipped with TV's, smartTV's (pool room) or Roku TV's (main room). The Garden Room includes Netflix. High speed wireless internet is also available to all renters for no charge.

But that's just the inside, and let's be honest, if you're coming to Lake Norman, you want to be outside enjoying the beautiful lake! This home features 2 levels of outdoor decks, a large flat yard, AND a private beach! The upstairs deck includes a covered area just off the kitchen / living room with both a sitting area and dining table. That continues into a large open deck for enjoying the sun and views!

The downstairs deck, off the game room and master bedroom, includes a large outdoor bar with TV for watching your favorite team while you're enjoying the great outdoors. The large open yard is great for a family football or soccer game on the way down to the large private beach and floating dock for enjoying the lake!

The house sits on a quiet cove just off the main channel, so you get the peacefulness of the cove with the views and convenience of being just a few hundred yards from the main channel. Enjoy a sunset gathered around the fire pit (wood not provided).

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood where you'll feel like you have escaped the hustle and bustle of the world, while still being only minutes from every convenience you could need. The large driveway allows for parking many vehicles, if necessary.

Please note, you may notice there are EXTERNAL security cameras on the property. THERE ARE NO CAMERAS ON THE INTERIOR OF THE PROPERTY.
