Kick back on the oversized sectional, catch your favorite shows on the flat screen TV, or whip up a lakeside feast in the fully equipped kitchen just steps from the deck and grill.

The primary bedroom features a comfy queen bed and a private ensuite bath, while the guest room (also with a queen) is right next to the second full bath—perfect for families or friends. Downstairs, the fun continues with a finished basement featuring a pool table, electric fireplace, and a walk-out patio seating area that opens to the backyard.

Out back, you'll find a private paradise: a massive 1,200 sq ft entertainment deck complete with rocking chairs, a built-in bar, and all the space you need to soak in the lake vibes from sunrise to starry night. Mooresville, NC is 15-20 minutes away where you will find a wide variety of dining, nightlife, antiquing, and many "lake-life" activities. Charlotte, NC is approximately 40 miles south, where you will find world-class dining, theatre, museums, and everything the Queen City is known for! NASCAR fan? Come visit the NASCAR Museum or take a trip to the world-renowned Charlotte Motor Speedway. So much to see and do, or as little as you please! LOCATION:

The house is located on Lake Norman in Terrell, NC, and is a short drive 10 minute drive to The Village Shoppes that has restaurants, gas station and a Publix grocery store. It's also 11 miles to Mooresville, NC that offers fun things your family will want to see while visiting Lake Norman, including fantastic restaurant options and shopping. This home is approximately 38 miles from Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT).

**Guests will need to bring beach towels, sunscreen, coffee, coffee filters, coffee pods when applicable, paper towels, toilet paper, personal hygiene products, garbage bags, and dishwashing detergent/pods.


CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT & GUEST POLICY:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM on the first day of your reserved dates.

Check-out is at 10:00 AM on the final day of your reserved dates.

Guests must be 25 years or older to book our vacation rentals, no exception.

No Smoking and No Pets are allowed.


CLEANING:

The house will be professionally cleaned prior to your stay. Guests will be responsible for cleaning and trash disposal during their stay. Please note that your rental agreement will include a cleaning fee for the cleaning following your check-out.
