Welcome to our home in the heart of Plaza Midwood. This lovingly restored 1940s full-brick bungalow is where historic character meets modern comfort — and every detail has been chosen with care. Sleep deeply on a new Avocado mattress in the master bedroom, unwind on a genuine Soho House carpet in the dining area (our kids’ favorite place to roll around when they visit), and walk on original floors we refinished by hand. The interiors are designer-curated, the restored details are original, and the gentle marks of time give it a soul no new build can replicate. We’ve put our own hands into this place, and it shows.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Guest Access:

You will have exclusive access to the entire single level house during your stay. This private space includes two comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms for your convenience. You are welcome to enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, the dining room, and the dedicated laptop friendly workspace. Outside, you have private access to the porch and the spacious backyard, perfect for relaxing. Laundry facilities are also available for your use. Please note that the living room is a shared space within this home.

Our bungalow is nestled in the heart of Plaza Midwood, one of Charlotte most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods. You are steps away from an eclectic mix of local breweries, trendy coffee shops, and diverse dining options that define the area character. Whether you are looking for a casual brunch spot or an evening out at a neighborhood pub, everything is within a five to ten minute walk. For outdoor enthusiasts, beautiful community parks are just around the corner, offering the perfect space for a morning stroll or an afternoon picnic. The neighborhood is known for its friendly atmosphere, historic charm, and tree lined streets, making it the perfect home base for your stay.



Getting Around:

Getting around Charlotte is a breeze from our bungalow. While our Plaza Midwood location is highly walkable, we offer both a private garage and ample free street parking for those bringing a vehicle. If you prefer public transit, there are nearby bus stops that connect you easily to the greater Charlotte area. Charlotte Douglas International Airport is approximately a twenty minute drive from the house depending on traffic. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also very active in this neighborhood and provide a quick way to reach Uptown or other popular destinations.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, please note our check in time is from 16 00 and check out time is by 11 00. We kindly ask that you observe quiet hours between 22 00 and 08 00 to respect our neighbors. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. While we love pets, please be aware that additional charges may apply if you are bringing a furry friend. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book. We kindly ask that you return any moved furniture to its original spot before departure and report any issues to us promptly. Only registered guests are permitted on the property and please keep the home tidy during your visit.



For security purposes, exterior security cameras are installed at the property. These cameras monitor only the exterior of the property and are active 24/7.



No cameras are installed inside the rental's private living spaces or in the interior of the property.
