'Clean rooms with a small kitchen. Didn’t like the bathroom to bedroom setup. The door was malfunctioning. To close for comfort.'

While I gave a good score for staff, amenities (elevator, Keurig coffee maker, soda and chip machines, good hot water) and cleanliness, overall I felt it was a 3, just ok. For me the beds were too firm, too high to get easily into. Also being close to the freeway, you are awoken early hearing car engines and other traffic noise. 'Een heel leuk plekje ligt wel aan de weg maar daar merk je weinig van. Zeker aan te raden als wij weer in die buurt komen boeken we deze weer. '

'Beautiful hotel! The entire staff was wonderful and clearly had customer service as their first priority. Anything we needed was attended to promptly. We lounged by the pool, got spa services (which were amazing) and sat out until late at night on our terrace! The hotel is convenient to Healdsburg, Santa Rosa and the Redwood parks. We loved the location and the fact that things were convenient, but not right outside the hotel. We also had a lot of fun in the “secret” pool room!'
