« first room had bed bugs had to be moved in the am after being bitten during the nitgh and killing a couple bugs on the sheets when i woke. Had to go the laundry and wash everything that had been exposed tot he bed. Second room was fine. No refund rebate for costs and time. »

« Pretty clean rooms, comfortable mattress, friendly, helpful staff, plenty of parking and a good view of the lake and the freeway. I slept very well. Nice coffee shop, very close by. »

« Accueil assez froid. Hôtel sympa d'aspect extérieur mais avec pas mal de défauts. Notre chambre était située juste au niveau du freeway avec un fenêtre qui fermait mal donc beaucoup de bruit. Piscine hors d'usage alors qu'on l'avait réservé ne grande partie pour ça. Il n'est pas normal que Hotel.com n'avertisse pas les clients car cela est arrivé plusieurs fois lors de notre road trip aux Etats-Unis. Enfin climatisation assez bruyante. « WOW, what a little gem of a place, it is just perfect. We wanted an escape from all of the noise and EMR of the city, and we slept soundly without the buzz of 5G.
