« New hotel, so everything was spotless. What stood out was the professional , caring and attention of the hotel staff, Including the GM, who I saw checking folks in and cleaning floors at night. Great hospitality. Great housekeeping. Great atmosphere. »

« Notre chambre, la 211, avait un feu de stationnement à l'extérieur de la fenêtre et les stores ne bloquaient pas beaucoup la lumière la nuit, de sorte que la chambre était lumineuse même la nuit. Il n'y avait pas non plus beaucoup de pression d'eau pour prendre une douche. »

« So yes it’s noisy, it’s in Chicago and close to the center that’s the trade. It’s was very clean and safe, the parking is under watch and with only 15 minutes of walk to the very center of Chicago it’s the perfect place to stay for a trip there. There is no breakfast in the motel itself but enough diner around to get it. »

« Super séjour, chambre avec vu incroyable. Litterie confortable. Chambre propre. Le petit déjeuner etait varié (il y en a pour tous les goûts: salé sucré) Le personnel est au petit soin et souriant. Nous avons eu des petites attention pour l'anniversaire de notre fils qui nous ont touché. Le seul petit bemol c'est que le cafe n'etait pas en libre service toute la journée comme c'est le cas pour d'autres hotel de la chaine homewood and suite. Mais sinon parfait. Merci beaucoup. »

« Très bel hôtel idéalement situé dans le quartier Magnificent Mile. Nous avions la chance d'être au 21ème étage et de profiter de la vue sur Michigan Avenue. Endroit très propre. Ménage fait tous les jours. Chambres spacieuses. Literie très confortable. C'est dans cet hôtel que nous séjournerons si nous revenons un jours à Chicago. »
