« We stayed at Indigo from 6/30 - 7/3.... It was our first time visiting the Gulf Shores and it was a great stay. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were turned over daily and the hotel is in the perfect location. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to other friends and family »

« Pas de changement de serviette, pas de renouvellement de cafe non plus…. Sur demande seulement. Pas d’eau chaude, chambre à coté de la buanderie, bruyant des 6h le matin…. Plusieurs chariots de linges sales dans le corridor…. Pour un prix de plus de 600$ pour 2 nuits…. Vraiment pas contente!!! »

« Didn’t like the fact that I had to ask for towels both days that I was there. The room was not made up and when I asked for them to bring towels and toilet paper, they just pulled the covers up on the bed. Hotel was otherwise clean. »

« Room was just a basic room. Pool was very small but didn’t mind. Room never got cleaned or swept the six nights we were there. If clean towels were needed we had to take the old towels to the front desk to have them replaced. Parking was fine and was located next to a public so that was super convenient. »

« The hotel literally smelled awful the second we walked in. It’s surrounded by a chop shop in front and abandoned restaurants to the side. The room was filthy. The fire alarm kept going off. We asked for a repair and it took over 2 hours and me calling the fire department to get it fixed. The employee at the desk called me “white devil” because at the 2 hour mark I asked how much longer it was going to be before they could fix it. Total waste of money. I would highly recommend going literally...

« I will start with the bad. Upon arrival the first thing I was asked was did I want to downgrade my room.I was like no.I seen a couple of ants on the ac by the window...No big deal at first...Then we started seeing flying ants on the bed by the ac 👀. It was 2 many to deal with so I reported the issue.They gave us a downgraded room and offered 40% off...I was like cool we will take that...We missed dinner that night because we had to move rooms so we decided to stay another night...Y'all the 2nd...

« The staff was great, but the room was limited in comfort - a bed was broken (sunken in on one side), the outlets were all loose and didn't charge consistently, and the toilet wobbled. »
