'When I first checked in I had to wait for a staff member to show up at the front desk for at least 20 minutes. There was mold in the bathroom, the toilet constantly ran. Reported it to the front desk it was never rectified. There was blood stains on one of the bath towels. I mentioned it to housekeeping but when she brought different towels there were several black stains. I would have left but I was from our of state attending a wedding for a close relative and no other lodging was available...

'The rooms were supposedly non-smoking but had a stale smoke smell, especially on the third floor. There was no screen on our window even though we were able to open the window. There were loose tiles on the bathroom floor, so we needed to be careful not to injure ourselves. The light in the elevator area was out during our stay and others mentioned it had been out all weekend. Then there was the pool area; the chlorine and other chemicals were so strong I could not stand being in the pool area...

'Property and building were poorly taken care of. Weeds all over . My thought right away upon entering was that if the outside area is full of weeds and garbage then what does the inside look like. I wasn’t far off, floors and other areas dirty and everything seemed cheap.'

'Property was very nice. Room was clean. Beds comfortable. Blackout blinds were great seeing we came in very late and the blinds allowed us to sleep in the next morning. The only thing that I'd see as a potential problem is there is a karaoke bar very close to this hotel. Like I said above we arrive pretty late Friday night and the bar was in full swing. Very loud music and people. Could hear it all from our room. If anything I'd ask to book the rooms across the hallway on the far side from...

'Prima hotel al zou ik nooit meer deze keten kiezen. Naast alle andere hotels die wij kozen was deze de mindere. Het personeel was kortaf en niet spontaan. Valt meteen op in het overdreven vriendelijke Amerika. '
