'We stayed at a two bedroom apartment with balcony. Assigned parking space in the garage was conveniently located close to the entrance of the building and elevator. Apartment very nice and clean, kitchen well equipped, two spacious bathrooms. Bedrooms are a good size with an extra small room for luggage. Beds have very comfortable mattresses. '

'It seems as the owners are new to VRBO. The place was decorated nicely, but the kitchen was not clean, the oven did not work and the kitchen was not well stocked. We found the place late in our search for somewhere to stay for the marathon. It was fine for one night.'

'Very convenient location for a downtown wedding - close enough to walk in. Walking route had many drug users and homeless, though, so we usually drove. Lots of noise from upstairs - non-stop barking dog, could hear every footstep. Bed was the least comfortable bed of any place I've stayed in years; between the two, not a great sleep on any of the 5 nights. Neighbors shouting at one another outside at 2am. 'This place was amazing. Roomy 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Spending time in Grand Rapids and Holland Michigan so the location was in between both and so easy to find. The place came with everything we needed. There was a pond and a walking trail, dog park and beautiful grounds. The place was spotless and nice decor. Would stay there again'

'The furnished apartment was a perfect spot to land when a need arose to be closer to the Grand Rapids area for six weeks. To be able to have a place to come back to, relax and cook meals was invaluable. Those in the apartment building were so kind and those that managed this VRBO were ever so helpful as we needed to extend our stay. It was also the perfect spot to get many places easily and quickly. Plus, who doesn’t like living in a castle.'

'My family and myself came to the area for a musical in grand rapids and i think we all enjoyed the stay at least as much as the musical itself. This property comfortably slept my party of 14 without issues. My daughters still talk about how they "Got to stay in a castle". Full marks from me. 'The property itself was newly renovated, & well stocked w/essentials for hygiene & cooking. Furthermore, it was in the middle of beach, Michigan Adventure, & Grand Haven. Many grocery stores and other places to run out for quick errands were close by. The only downfall was neighborhood was very sketchy & shady. I didn’t feel safe walking around neighborhood. We stayed on the property itself when we weren’t out and about.'
