Lodges in Central Interior California

'The room was perfect! So welcoming and clean. We had everything we needed. We were visiting Yosemite National Park and coming back each day after a long day of hiking we showered and relaxed. The view from the our personal deck was beautiful. I would love to return to Sierra Mountain Lodge for a stay. It was the best accommodation out of our three stays and I feel we had picked great places to stay. Thank you! I would recommend Smokehouse 41 for the best BBQ and I’m from Texas. 'Very clean and well kept!'

'Black Hawk is conveniently located near friends.'

'Great Yosemite basecamp! This place is beautiful, really close to the park entrance, and so peaceful. The cabin is spotless, spacious, and has everything you need for a great mountain trip. Our family loved grilling dinner on the back patio each night after full days in the park. Check-in was a breeze and the hosts were super helpful with communication. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!'

'Pleasant stay in a beautiful location. Expect a little bit of rusticness and you will enjoy this stay. Great, quiet location for exploring the area.'

'No one could help us,'

'Great location by Yosemite and also by the city, with plenty of stores and restaurants. Great view from the deck! Had a lovely time!'

'The host was outstanding answering all of our questions and staying in touch while a storm passed through Yosemite valley on the night we checked in. They kept us up to date on conditions at the cabin, and also told us which roads to watch out for. Overall, when we arrived we were extremely pleased with not just the communication, but the accommodations as well. Our stay was everything we had hoped.'

'I booked the Rose Suite for a couple of nights. Some friends and I were on a motorcycle trip to Yosemite. The place was awesome! It was very easy to find and check in was simple...show up and enter the code. The suite was clean and is what we expected. There are several other suites at the location but the property was very quiet and peaceful. Some nice bucks came through in the evening to say hello, and over night a bear paid a visit. We really enjoyed our stay!'

'Super easy check in, a great place to rest quick after seeing Sequoia! Not a huge space but enough for my boyfriend and I for a night. Walls are thin so if you are a light sleeper, be aware of that. Otherwise, great spot to spend the night!'

'Staff was friendly and very helpful. You have to define what you're looking for a rustic lodge or a hotel. The room was very convenient and had a great fireplace. The bed was not comfortable, the mattress has seen better days. Also not to have anything but instant coffee and a tea kettle was not great. The grounds were very inviting and is a great location during ski season.'

'Clean! Cute! Spacious even for 2 people. Came with first aid kit, flashlights, instructions on how to use the dumpster to keep bears at bay. Easy to find, staff was helpful! Will def book again! **S/N: underneath the bed were a ton of spider webs under the bed, but other than that. Perfect & would book again.'
