'The location was great and the property was clean and the beds super comfy.'

'The Lemon Tree apartments are dated. The interior matched the photos on the website, but was not as clean as I would have liked. If you are looking for a quite room this is not it. The air conditioning system was noisy and you could hear people in other apartments moving about and you could hear their TV's.'

'Property was in a great location for moving our daughter into her freshman dorm and support her during UT’s Sorority Rush week. The condo sits right at the top of all of the sorority houses so it was a perfect location to meet her at the house that she received her bid at with only a few minutes walk to meet her. We were actually there a good 15 minutes before she arrived. There was a walk-in closet in one bedroom and 2 good size closets in the second bedroom. One of the bathrooms was a Jack...

'This spot has many great attributes: Ideal location just north of campus at a reasonable price; clean & updated space; a keypad (!!!no haggling over who has the key); ample parking. Most of all, the hosts were terrific at customer service -- responsive, attentive, thorough and friendly - most appreciated!'
