« What a pleasant surprise. The place is wonderful. We had a full floor and a huge balcony overlooking the local volcanic mountains. We immensely enjoyed staying there. Unfortunately it was only for one night. We will correct this the next time. The swimming pool is remote though, you have to take the car and beware that they have no place where to change. They told you to go to the public restrooms which are disgusting. So change at the hotel. The pool is managed by another facility, not Crooked...

« The woman at the front desk is an absolute doll. Kind, caring, sweet, and respectful. The room we stayed in, the King Suite, is like a mini-apartment. If I ever needed an extended stay, I'd pick here just based on her and the room design; living room, dining, minimal but helpful kitchenette, with a separate bedroom with a Jacuzzi tub, decent shower pressure, and a barn door style sliding door to separate the living space from sleeping. Not only that, they accepted both of my pups with no issues....
