'We love staying here when we’re in Des Moines. There’s a little coffee shop in the lobby, a great restaurant attached and a heated parking garage (they validate parking). The rooms are gorgeous, the hotel is clean, the lobby is beautiful, and the people who work there seem to genuinely like their job. '

Bathroom was spacious but surprisingly had just a typical shower/tub combo with a large shower head and hand held wand option - lotta counter space though. Amenities were nice. 'Overgeprijst hotel. Des Moines downtown stelt niets voor. Straten zijn na 18.00 uitgestorven. Voor wat betreft de services die je krijgt ligt de prijs van dit hotel 25% te hoog. Persoonlijke ervaring: mijn boeking was inclusief ontbijt, op de eindafrekening stond toch het ontbijt afgerekend. Tot op dit moment geen reactie hierop gekregen van het hotel. Zou er niet meer naar toe gaan. Tip: probeer een hotel in West Demoins te vinden. Meer levendigheid en met auto is centrum makkelijk binnen 15...
