« Booked a room was supposed to cost me a certain amount winded up spending over because the guy didn't want to go to my reservation he just booked us a room by itself so I wanted up have to spend more than what I was told I would be spending but the place was nice very clean refrigerator didn't work in our room »

« This is a great place to stay for a quick overnight it is a bit farther away from the highway than some of the other hotels. If you do not like highway noise but want to be close to everything, this is your place. It has been well maintained. It has plenty of grass to walk dogs »

« The staff was accommodating and worked to get me a ground-floor room. I made a mistake when booking the room and accidentally selected a smoking room. There was only one non-smoking room left on the ground floor, and it was an upgrade. The staff worked with me on the price so that I could get that room. The room and property were clean. There was ample parking. Only a short drive to downtown Aiken with its shops and restaurants. »

« There was loud music by my room so I ask to go to another room got to that room it had not been cleaned so I went back to the office and ask for a refund and the manager was very nasty to me how I have to wait 10 days for my refund I was also told that the pool was not open it had not been open for years I would never recommend the hotel to my worst enemy it’s nothing like the website shows I will never go there again I would sleep in my car . »

« This is a property in new hands as I learned while staying there this past week. They are making efforts to improve it overall and have already replaced all room refrigerators with an impressive mini-refrigerator & freezer. It's clean and well-kept. My only negative observation was that it needs interior painting. When I discussed this with the owner/manager, he advised that in fact that project starts this week.
