'Um bairro incrivel! Parece uma cidadezinha do interior. Feira livre aos domingos, avenidas cheias de opções de refeição, praças. Será meu bairro oficial de hospedagem em Santiago. O apartamento, incrivel! Predio tranquilo, com muitas facilidades (estacionamento, lavanderia, piscina). Tamanho do apartamento excelente para duas pessoas. Como padrão para oferecer a viajantes, faltou um cuidado adicional quanto a limpeza (estava empoeirado, copos mal lavados e inclusive quebrados no armario,...

'Localização excelente, próximo a metro, shopping, supermercado, cafés, bares e restaurantes. Acomoda tranquilamente 4 adultos (cama casal e bicama). Aquecedores do quarto e sala suficientes para deixar os ambientes confortáveis. Ponto de melhoria: Colchão da cama de casal achei bem antigo, precisa ser substituído. '

If you are looking for a great location and comfortable place to stay This is it. Vina Del Mar, Valparaiso and Renaca are an uber ride away. if you feel like doing more touristy things. Andrea has always been a great host and the property is beautiful. Can't wait to go back next trip! '

'I did not stay at this property because I could not. I am requesting a refund. The unit walls were peeling off, no hot water, no heater, the wifi did not work, the stains on the wall and baseboards could not be washed; if you try to turn on the water in the bathroom sink faucet, the piping was so loose, it might come out of the wall. I am demanding s full refund, I could not stay and had to find alternative lodging'
