'This unit is located close to the water, bus lines, and a reasonable walk to the restaurants. Bus lines will connect you from the train station to nearby the apartment. The building was well-maintained, quiet and clean. Although in a city region, the street that the building was located on is quiet by day and reasonably quiet at night -especially for a weekend. There was some street activity of people and cars but not at all excessively noisy. The apartment is small, but was fine for three...

'Pros: We enjoyed the location which is close enough to everything and the kitchen was very practical with appliances in working order. We had a couple of issues and the property managers were very responsive which we appreciated. It’s spacious and the pullout sofa being in a room with a door makes it really feel like a 3 bedroom if you needed it. Cons: The apartment wasn’t well cleaned and is clearly a rental with lots of traffic and has been neglected…the walls are littered with scuff marks...

'Owner was very responsive and the listing is spot-on. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Lovely garden, patio and hammock in which to relax. Property is well-equipped and clean. Easy 9 minute walk to downtown Lugano where there is plenty of restaurants and shopping. The property isn’t air conditioned and open windows can lend themselves to a bit of noise from cars passing by, but it’s a lovely property in a great location.'

'Wir sind extra um 15 Uhr angereist um das Appartement zu beziehen, da wir die Koffer nicht im Auto lassen wollten und das parken nutzen wollten. Leider konnten wir nach mehrmaligen Versuchen nicht einchecken. Es gab drei verschiedene Notfall Telefonnummer, die alle nicht erreichbar waren! Wir haben dann mit Expedia telefoniert um Hilfe zu erhalten. Das erste Zimmer konnten wir erst gegen nach 16 Uhr einchecken. Das zweite hat dann wieder nicht geklappt! So das ich erneut mit Expedia chatten...
