Oceanfront Lookout, pet friendly with pool

Summary:
The name of this gorgeous condo says it ALL! Catch the gorgeous sunrise over the Atlantic from your 3rd floor porch! Oceanfront Oasis has it all- a cozy space to vacation that is situated centrally to all things that make "Pleasure Island" amazing. In seconds your toes will be in the sand or explore the island- fishing charters, historic Ft. Fisher, NC Aquarium delicious and eclectic restaurants coffee shops etc. Downtown Wilmington is less than 45 mins away! Don't forget to check out the new murals!

The Space:
The pool is located just besidethe condo. The HOA opens the pool mid April and closes typically the second week in September, depending on weather
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay

Guest Access:
This unit is on the 3rd floor and there is NO elevator

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is close to everything. Mix of vacationers and year round residents.

Getting Around:
- Free parking at condo

-Walk, bike, public parking at beaches and in town

-Bike and golf cart rentals are available on the island

-Uber cars and taxi's are also available

Other Things to Note:
There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.
