'Clean and well-maintained room, great staff and great service, short walking distance to dining options. This hotel is the definition of "Simple but effective". If you're looking for a hotel with an onsite restaurant, this isn't the one. But if you want a good modern hotel with clean rooms in a reasonable location with reasonable prices, this is the one. I stayed in a Petite Double room which is actually pretty good size with more than enough space to move around and store my things - not Petite...

'The room was stylish and had a lot of nice hospitality touches, like fresh milk, chilled water, and a fun snack pack. The bed was very comfortable and the pillow and sheets were nice. Only issue was the lighting is impossible to use for make up. '

'Wij hadden een appartement in het Noord-gebouw op de hoek van de 7de etage. Het uitzicht was fenomenaal, het appartement was zeer compleet en een heerlijk groot kingsize bed. Het balkon was ruim en zonnig. Een goede supermarkt met delicatessen afdeling is vlakbij en diverse attracties, wi Kees en restaurants in loopafstand. Parkeren was ook uitstekend en veilig. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Wat minder was: douche maakt herrie en een deksel van een putje in de keuken ligt los. Verder was het echt...

'Momenteel is een verbouwing gaande. We hadden de auto in de parkeergarage geparkeerd. Helaas waren de liften defect en moesten we alle koffers de vele trappen tillen. Bij aankomst kregen we vanwege de verbouwing een upgrade. Fijn zou je denken, maar de kamer was nog niet klaar 15.00), moesten 10 minuten later komen. Oké, om 15.15 niet klaar en uiteindelijk om 15.30 nog niet klaar. Receptioniste moest aan de manager vragen wat te doen. We kregen wel 2 drankjes, waarvoor ik vriendelijk heb...

'Heerlijk hotel, we hebben echt genoten! Alles is heel nieuw en het personeel supervriendelijk. We kregen een gratis upgrade :). Ook erg genoten van het zwembad, de sauna en de gym. Het hotel ligt dichtbij Cuba Street. Zeer goede prijs kwaliteitverhouding!'
