« We had an excellent stay at this apartment in Venice. Very clean, smooth check in process, good communication, and great location for walking to all the major sights. Also close to restaurants and water taxi stops. The one downfall, which is not communicated is that the apartment is located on a side street, and there is a bar/restaurant below. « Nice apartment, clean, 1 min from vaporetto Ca d'oro station, near to restaurants, the market, realto bridge... etc, lack of some kitchen utensils.. « Property was large enough for 2 families in a quiet section of Venice. Canal views were a plus. Only negative was that the apartment was up 2 large flights of stairs. Full kitchen was awesome! »

« Bel appartement, spacieux et bien situé dans un quartier d'habitation calme. Beaux volumes, notamment le séjour, 2 grandes chambres. Appartement dans son jus, sols et décoration vénitiens. Cela pourrait être encore mieux si les salles d'eau étaient repeintes (plafonds bien abimés), un flexible de douche changé, les ampoules électriques vérifiées, une lunette de toilettes fixée. Petits détails qui méritent une attention. Egalement ajouter le mode d'emploi du chauffage, quelques couverts...

« The location of the property is super convenient (although a bit challenging to find at first, therefore it is important to follow the owner's instructions). When the temperatures dropped to zero, it was a bit too cold and I would appreciate the apartment to be better cleaned when we arrived, but these were minor issues and we enjoyed the stay a lot. »

« Nous avons été extrêmement déçus de l’attitude du loueur a qui nous faisions part du fait que nous avions loué avec trois chambres lits doubles et trois salles d’eau. La farandole d’excuses était au début de la discussion digne d’un registre. De plus à aucun moment il n’est indiqué les 47 marches qu’il faut gravir avec les valises. Le fait qu’entrant en Italie l’on ne dispose même pas d’une cafetière !! Un comble !! Pas de torchons de cuisine ! Les fenêtres qui ne s’ouvrent pas et une porte...
