'We had an excellent stay at this apartment in Venice. Very clean, smooth check in process, good communication, and great location for walking to all the major sights. Also close to restaurants and water taxi stops. The one downfall, which is not communicated is that the apartment is located on a side street, and there is a bar/restaurant below. They were LOUD until 2 a.m. every night. Also, there are specific instructions from the host that "quiet hours" are between 10 p.m.- 8 a.m. so as...

'Property was large enough for 2 families in a quiet section of Venice. Canal views were a plus. Only negative was that the apartment was up 2 large flights of stairs. Full kitchen was awesome!'

'Hosts were very professional and easy to deal with. The apartment was updated and quaint. They had everything you needed.. from umbrellas to outlet adapters to recommendations of restaurants etc. Comfortable beds and kitchen had all the essentials. Fantastic location!!!!!!'

'The location of the property is super convenient (although a bit challenging to find at first, therefore it is important to follow the owner's instructions). When the temperatures dropped to zero, it was a bit too cold and I would appreciate the apartment to be better cleaned when we arrived, but these were minor issues and we enjoyed the stay a lot.'
