Spectacular 3-mile panoramic lake view from this completely updated, fully furnished, 5 bedroom, 3 full and 2 half bath home with travertine floors throughout, new kitchen with granite countertops and the works, three decks for relaxing, woodburning fireplace & two hot water heaters. Be sure to check out our other two nearby lake houses: #2430667 is right next door and #307958 is in Captain Ron's no wake cove. Enjoy a terrific lake view from every bedroom. Four bedrooms have a sliding glass door to a deck overlooking the lake.

In response to the current public health concerns, we have installed a new UV light system inside our heating and air condition unit that kills germs and viruses.

This home is in terrific condition and ready for your memory making lake fun.
Our pontoon boat is a 25-foot tri-pontoon for improved stability with a 150hp engine and is also available for rent right from our dock.
Blacktop all the way to the home. Grocery, restaurants, gas, tackle and convenience stores all less than 5 minutes away. Located at the 2MM of the Big Niangua where the spring fed water is clear and cool. The Big Niangua enters the Osage (main channel of the lake) at the 31MM. Nearby we have many of the famous bar and grill fun spots on the Lake of the Ozarks like Captain Ron's, Larry's on the Lake & The Fish Company and a dozen more!

Other great nearby lake attractions included: Ha Ha Tonka State Park with its old stone castle, large cave spring, natural rock arch, sinkholes and miles and miles of hiking trails about a 20-minute drive from our lake house. Bridal cave, canoe trips, and several terrific golf courses.
The 4th bedroom is pictured with the double bunk beds and does not have a bedroom door. It is open to the hall.
The 5th bedroom is an updated suite detached from the main house by about 5 steps. It offers tons of windows and natural light, queen-sized bed, half bath, couch and love seat, TV, pub table and has its own heating and cooling system. The 5th bedroom suite is under the detached garage which offers some privacy for guests. The 5th bedroom is on the middle level of the main house.

About 4.5-5 miles to Captain Ron's by water and 7 minutes by car. Terrific for Shoot-Out and BroStock events!! The new Wood's Super Store is about a 10-minute drive and seems to have it all.

The kitchen had only one dish drying towel, no dish washing cloth, and maybe 2 oz of dish washing liquid. No hand soap in the half bath on the upper level. The refrigerator had not been cleaned out. The shelves in the doors were so full that .we couldn't use them. Produce was left in a vegetable drawer.The hot water faucet in the 1/2 bath in 5th bedroom did not work. No water came out. The TV remote was missing. I texted the property manager to inquire about it and his response was "I don't clean the house." I asked about getting a remote and his reply was, "I forwarded your message to the owner." I never heard from anyone again. It appears the outside of the house needs some repairs. Best thing about the property is the view.

Annual vacation

Lovely, well appointed home. Quick response by property owner or property manager.we have 6 adults and 6 children and plenty of space!If we had an issue, it was attended to in a timely manner.Wifi in BR 5 under garage very spotty, but not a huge deal. More kitchen wash cloths and towels, along with scratchy sponges are needed. We made great memories with the Lily pad, boat,and tube rental. Thank you so much for enriching our family memories. We hope we treated the property as if we owned it.

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home on the lake of the Ozarks! Randy, the host, was very responsive. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A number of things like spices, cooking oil, etc. were available, so make sure you take stock before you buy other things for cooking, if you’re renting here. Ernie, who oversees boat rental, was very good at explaining operation of the boat and dealing with questions as they came up. Our group caused some small damage to the boat and both Ernie and Randy were very accommodating and fair when sorting it all out.We would definitely stay at this rental again.

We visited from 6/7 to 6/14. I had read some previous reviews prior to our stay so I contacted Randy who assured me everything was up to par. We had pretty much everything we needed. We used the grill a few times, oven and dish washer. All with no issues. His property manager Ernie was prompt with the boat and made sure we knew what to do. Check in was smooth and easy. Overall happy with our stay and Randy seemed to care that we were happy. That was nice.

Read the fine print and ask questions ahead of booking!

I booked a lake place because I could rent the boat right at the house, which I confirmed with the owner. After booking, I received an email with information about the boat and in the fine print, it said not to be used Friday, Saturday and Sunday all summer. Luckily, Frankie and Louie’s had a boat available.I had asked for the lily pad to be available and it was not unlocked.The posting indicated we would have access to the two car garage, upon check-in we were told the door was broken and we couldn’t access the garage. When cooking the first night, we noticed many of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. Then, when going to use the grill as the posting states, the infighter was broken. I informed the property manager of it first thing in the morning and he said he would fix it in time for dinner. He did not show up, nor did we hear from him at all after.After bringing up the issues with the host, he was dismissive and rude.With all of that, fishing was great!

Family Vacation

The house was in a great location and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. Some things that were disappointing: the table in the kitchen had not been cleaned upon arrival, there was green mold growing in the bottom of the trash can in the kitchen, the grill was basically unusable, burners all broken, the dishwasher did not clean well, some of the dishes had been put away dirty upon our arrival due to the dishwasher not cleaning well, we had to rewash dishes sometimes three times, there was black mold in the basement bathroom vent and black mold in the vent by the washer and driver on the second level. The place just did not feel super clean. The deck rail post on the main floor was loose and needs to be fixed and could potentially be a hazard. Also the instructions said we could park in the garage, however, upon arrival, we could not and were told the instructions were two years old, so this needs to be updated. Also there is no mention of steps in the house. There are 11 steps to the second floor and 13 steps to the 3rd floor/basement. There are no bedrooms on the main floor, so if you have trouble with steps, you may need to find another home to rent. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and the house was very nice despite these few things that I mentioned. It was nice to be able to fish off the dock as well. The view was spectacular from all floors and it was nice to be able to sit out on the deck on each level.

Wonderful property and a great value.

We enjoyed the large, updated living area along with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. The property has four levels including the dock with a large deck on each of the top three levels. A lot of stairs but you know that going in. We had one issue with the property listing showing cable tv. The cable tv had to be removed recently due to poor signal strength. However, there is a large smart tv in living room. Lake views were fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Crappie and bass were caught off the dock.

Nice getaway

The house was very clean, however it does need some upkeep. Broken slider handle, musty smell from bonus room ac/heat unit. Balcony handrail is loose. Overall the housekeeping was on point! Had enough kitchenware/appliances. Things to do around the house (fishing, hiking, cave exploring was fantastic. Springfield and Branson are closely located for more fun to be had. Check in and check out were easy. Owner was available for all questions.
