'We loved our stay. There was a few things inside the tree house that needed some care. The bottom sliding door did not lock. The shower head on main level,depending on setting, would spray everywhere and not just forward. The air conditioner could not keep up the first night. It was so HOT when we arrived. 'This property is amazing! It is set in the hills of the Ozarks not far from the lake and shopping, but very private on 3 acres bordered by woods, creek and hay field. We had too terriers with us and they roamed until their hearts were content and had a real time trying to catch a groundhog. It was a great adventure for them and totally wore them out.The check-in was flawless, as Cindy had the lights on and house ready for us. 'This was our 2nd time staying here! Great location, perfect size. I don’t think anyone had stayed there for quite sometime. It needed a deep clean. Base boards pretty dirty, lots of hair in bathroom in corners. The bedroom sheets could be replaced. Very worn and little balls all over them. Host is wonderful tho and responsive. We will definitely stay again when coming for fishing tourney on the Ozarks! '

'This is a really cute house in a nice small town. We walked into town and grabbed dinner and did some shopping at the downtown thrift store. Everyone was very welcoming and nice. We had great weather, so we enjoyed exploring through the neighborhood. The house is really quaint and comfortable. The bathroom has the tiniest sink I've ever seen! The kitchen was perfect for what we needed.'

'Really nice place you can tell it was fairly new. Lots of thought went into it. The only thing that I didn’t care for was the hot tub and pool are not on site. They are down a few miles away and closed for off-season but that is to be expected and with the rain our buildings parking lot was a pond where all the other ones were nice and dry a little bit higher up or more gravel would definitely recommend this stay and stay here again, and we have plans in the future to reserve more cabins. 'Overall, this was a great property. Check-in was easy through the Vrbo app. Code entry means you don’t have to have a key to carry around. Plenty of room for two cars. Kitchen and plenty of utensils and space. Sleeping arrangements were OK as we had us in one room and all of the kids in the other room. If it was three couples, somebody would have to share a room.
