'I have good things to say about the motel itself. My one negative is not about Best Western itself, but just an FYI...check before you go. We were there June of 2026 and there are a lot of roads torn up all around the motel due to redoing pipes. The water was shut off about 10 or 10:30 at night, not sure for how long. It was back on in the morning. However the motel itself is in a great location on Bay Street. It is nothing fancy, but if you are on a budget it is clean, rooms have microwaves and...

'Good stay and clean'

'Property is well maintained. Main entrance for the hotel has stairs with no ramp or easily accessible alternative option. Challenging with suitcases. An elevator is available in the parking garage behind the property. Would be helpful if the information about the hotel described the entry and alternative entry options.'

'The property and staff were nice. Only complaint was that the room was not available at 4:00 check-in so we had to wait for it to be cleaned.'

'I was very pleased with the room and the size of it. Plenty of room to move around. The guest closet was the best, we needed more conditioner. This closet is stocked with anything you need that you may have forgotten. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Beaufort.'

'The Inn is living history , staying here is an oportunity to experience history and southern hospitality , the rooms are large an unusual , the Inn offers chef created dinners for a fixed price also there is bar service , location is unbeatable for water views and short walk to historical downtown shopping , the inn is unique and a rare find'

'This is a beautiful location for a hotel! The scenery was awesome and the grounds were perfect for walking my dog. There was lots of shade and Spanish moss in the oak trees, with a perfect view of the marsh and tidal creek. Staff were super helpful and made us welcome with our pet!!'
