« This little house was perfect for my families needs. It is well stocked and very conveniently located in town, close enough to anything you need to venture out for and yet the property is perfectly nestled away in a quaint little old Florida neighborhood. Check in was without incident and conversation was effortless with our host. The children loved having that great big yard to play in while we prepared dinner. »

« Not only was everything exactly how they list it but the hosts are an amazing hospitable couple that are very courteous to their guests. They made the process simple and were very helpful with any questions asked. Place was clean, backyard was awesome for the pups and we loved the hot tub! Everything was well maintained and very comfortable stay. If we come back to the area we know where to go! »

« This was the perfect location. Not too far from the restaurants and bars but far enough to get away from the crowds. The beach was alot less crowded on this end which was nice. The beach access was just down the street. The cottage is small but just enough for us three girls. It was very cozy and private. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler plus other sand toys available for use. I cannot wait to book this cottage again. »

If you are looking to walk around downtown Dunedin, the location is excellent. « This cottage was absolutely amazing! Location was everything. You are on a dead end street and just a few steps to the beach. This side of the beach isn’t crowded and is dog friendly.
