Comfortabel hotel midden in de hectiek van Cairo.
Comfortabel hotel op goede locatie in Garden City. Het kleine zwembad was aangenaam deze plek heeft een mooi uitzicht op de Nijl. Er zijn hier ook wandelmogelijkheden b.v Zamalek.

gracieuze ontvangst in hartje Cairo
Super.....er zijn geen negatieve punten....nooit hadden we een onbijt dat hieraan kon typen...het personeel os super vriendelijk....een koninklijke ontvangst zo kan je het noemen Cairo is een stad in beweging...wij liepen dagelijks tot 4x toe over het Tahrirplein...onveilig hebben we ons nooit gevoeld, ook niet later savonds in het duister...de sfeer van de egyptenaren op vrijdag-hun zondag-was erg uitgelaten;-)

Extremely friendly and helpful staff who managed to get us a room 2 hours earlier than expected as we arrived early. The hotel is clean and the lounge had good food and drinks options while we waited. They also dry-cleaned what we gave them in less than 2 hours, enough time for us to get ready for the wedding we were attending later. We had lunch at the Italian restaurant in the hotel. The Alfredo pasta was the most disappointing and tasteless pasta we've ever had... the other dishes were better. We wouldn't advise walking around. We saw many stray dogs barking at people in the streets. It's better to take a car to your destination.

The hotel was really nice, staff friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. The only complaint I had was that the air conditioning wasn’t working, but we didn’t mind and decided to live with it. The hotel facilities are good with two ver nice restaurants. The area around the hotel is a bit dirty, but that’s just Cairo. Overall, a nice stay and would recommend.

Beautiful hotel - disappointing service
The swimming pool on roof was amazing. Lovely and warm. Beautiful view! The service wasn’t great. Had to ask multiple time to replace kettle in room and scales. Also had issues with paying bill - took a long time as a document for the credit card block was lost.

Luxurious Hotel in Central Cairo
It was an ideal.place to retreat to in central Cairo. The rooms were quiet, clean amd comfortable. The pool overlookong the Nile was gorgeous, as was the jazz bar. The breakfast and all the food and drinks were delicious! The thing that really made it for us was the staff. They couldn't do enough for us. They were professional, kind and very welcoming. Pros : it is a nice hotel in a good location , right by the Nile and close to the Egyptian museum . The breakfast buffet was excellent Cons - a bit expensive . Failure to respond to me when I tried to contact them by e mail and phone regarding some items I accidentally left in the safe . No reply to 3 e mails and when I tried to phone reception put me through to somebody who didn't speak English and who then cut me off

Peaceful and convenient
Excellent location near many attractions yet in a relatively calm area. Service by staff was very good although too many were offering help which was a bit overwhelming. Breakfast was varied and good. Hotel is not very big so it made it more peaceful than other larger hotels. Rooms are on the small side but adequate enough, the cost is higher than reasonable for the quality of room, double door for toilet needs to lock better as there’s a gap. The room décor needs some updating, at least a carpet deep machine wash so does the corridors. Would recommend and return.

Las instalaciones no tienen mantenimiento, la luz no sirve, las manijas se caen, no está sellado bien el baño y toda el agua se sale , aunque la luz si fueron rápido a arreglarla Lo peor es el concierge, es muy grosero y muy burlón , y solo te manda a un restaurant a unas cuadras del hotel por una zona a lo mejor no insegura pero si fea , habiendo restaurantes muy lindos del otro lado , eso lo descubrimos al segundo día , yo creo que tendrá algún beneficio por mandarte a ese restaurant

ホテルに篭りました
スタッフも優しくて最高でしたし、プールも最高でした!ずっといました。街中とホテルの差が凄くて、ずっとホテルから出ませんでした。トルコ料理のレストランもとても美味しくウェイターさんも礼儀正しくて素敵でした。朝ごはんも美味しかったですが、エジプト料理などどうやって食べればいいかわからないものが多くて、ちょっと困りました。好きな卵料理も言えば作ってくれました。

Concierge Mohammed (?) very helpful. My husband needed some medicine. He got me in contact with a pharmacy. When the pharmacy failed to deliver, he called our tour director and the medicine was procured. Scary to be in a foreign land with a problem…really appreciated his help.
